Kia Creative Channel, founded by Kia West (ABN: 94 501 662 100) is a Non-Denominational Spiritual Directorship enterprise that provides a range of services online and in person.

We use a range of psycho-spiritual practices within 1:1 or group settings that are designed to support our community to increase their self-esteem, improve their connection with self, others and the world around them, and to increase their capacity to be in service to a thriving & connected community.

Each service, whether it be 1:1 or in a group setting is designed specifically for the individual or group that we are working with to support the goals that we identify together.

Kia Creative Channel will never guide or direct our clients to do anything that will put them at harm physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, socially or economically. Our role is to prime the conditions for our clients and community to develop safely and sustainably. We are passionate about Integrative learning that is founded on metacognitive practices that empower us to learn by doing. We lead with fierce intuitive, emotional and compassionate intelligence that allows our clients and community to feel safe and empowered in their humanity.


Kia Creative Channel is founded on the vulnerable visibility through the sharing of their anecdotal experiences with authentic, creative expression. We recognise the digital world contributes to an unjust imbalance of power, money, status and influence through curated storytelling that feeds a capitalist society, and we are determined to bring about change by showing the not so pretty part of being human – because we ALL are human. It is our hope that being raw, and at times provocative, inspires our clients and community to become radically self accepting of themselves, just as they are, in all of their beautiful humanness. 


Kia Creative Channel champions for change because that is our innate nature and our Universal Divine Order. In simpler terms, change is inevitable. For some, change has been traumatising, whether that be due to a neurological composition that is inherently afraid of change, or lived experiences that have been harmful to their system through any phase of change. We recognise and acknowledge that there are many nuances in the human experience that contribute to the trauma of change. We are committed to supporting our clients and community to create a safe space and pace for them to experience change, by prioritising trauma-informed languaging and practices throughout all of our service activities.


Kia Creative Channel is committed to being a safe advocate and ally within the mental health sector and doing so within our scope of practice. We share Vulnerably & Visibly about our own experience living with a Chronic Mental Illness, as a way of creating safety for others who may be feeling excluded and isolated in their own Mental Health Experience. We advocate from this place of lived experience, as well as the recognition that our experience may not be the same as others – so we offer our experience in a way that invites others to explore what has been true for them.

We acknowledge the many limitations that surround Mental Health and honour that the paramaters in place are designed to protect both individuals and practitioners. We do not shy away from serving those with self or medical diagnosis of mental illness and other neurodivergent conditions, though it is our duty of care to be fully informed so that we can ensure we have a carefully considered support plan. It is highly regarded that our clients and community who identify as Neurodiverse have a qualified medical practitioner that is part of their support team and is active in their ongoing consultation and treatment with their respective providers.

We recognise that finding suitable practitioners can be challenging in this day and age, so we are here as an additional advocate for you to find the best possible treatment.

How we identify ourselves in the world is an ever increasingly complex process that continues to expand as our consciousness does. 

Kia Creative Channel is committed to being inclusive of the many facets that concern how we identify ourselves, whether that be cultural, religious, gender, age, body shape, sexuality, neurodiversity and any and all other differences that exist, or will be later recognised. 

We humbly express that we are still learning in this area and where any harm is caused unintentionally, welcome the opportunity for deeper learning. 

We understand that this is a sensitive realm not only in service but in people’s livelihoods, and are therefore committed to being part of the solution by being open and available to doing and being better educated and equipped as an inclusive service that advocates for genuine equality. 

Kia Creative Challenge acknowledges that because of the imbalance of power, wealth, status & influence, that accessibility is not always inclusive and equal for all. We recognise that there is incredible harm being done, especially within the online spiritual entrepreneurial space, that tells us we can “manifest our dreams” without taking into consideration privileges such as familial and cultural wealth. This narrative perpetuates the violence of mental illness, white supremacy and capitalism and we are here to be the change for those who are marginalised in any way that soci-economic accessibility is limited.

Part of our action plan to being accessible is having a sliding scale of pricing, discounts, scholarships and payment plans available, as well as collaborating with other Spiritual Leaders who are making a difference for marginalised communities.

We are actively working towards creating a balance in the distribution of wealth & success that our service creates by making donations to Non-profit organisations serving the Mental Health community. We are able to do this because of the Profit First money management system that allows us to be paid for our service whilst also nurturing our vision for a thriving & connected community.


This Agreement applies to any service provided in an online 1:1 delivery. Please ensure you have read the full Terms & Conditions below before engaging in any service with Kia Creative Channel.


This service is delivered in an online capacity via Zoom. You will receive reminder emails 48 hours and 1 hour before to ensure that you have been provided adequate communication with instructions to prepare for each session. Please ensure that you provide notice if you are not able to attend a session or if you need to reschedule. I endeavor to be flexible where I can, though any more than ONE no-show without considerable explanation will see you forfeit the missed session without a refund.


The following items are our responsibility and commitment to you:

  • We agree to provide a private, safe and inclusive space from the moment of engagement to the conclusion of our service to you.
  • We agree to conduct ourselves in a compassionate, professional manner with a commitment to maintaining a respectful client and practitioner relationship.
  • We agree to treat you and anything you share with us in our sessions with dignity, humility & grace.
  • We agree to cultivate a client, practitioner relationship built on mutual trust and effective communication.
  • We agree to honor our time together by ensuring that we are fit for practice by being prepared, grounded, and passionately focused on our service to you for the duration of our service.
  • We agree to provide Spiritual Direction in support of the integration of your psycho-spiritual development, and self-esteem.
  • We agree to serve you within the scope of our qualifications and where necessary to refer you externally to professionals qualified in areas that are not within our capacity of service to provide. 


The following items are your responsibility and commitment to this service:

  • I understand that our time is valuable and will honour our commitment to working with each other by showing up ready and on time.
  • I understand that effective communication is vital for a thriving and connected community and therefore will communicate as early as possible if I need to make any changes to our service agreement, such as schedule times, or to the goals we are working towards.
  • I understand that it is safe for me to ask any questions to clarify anything I do not understand throughout the duration of our working together,
  • I understand that it is safe for me to communicate if at any time our work feels that I am being stretched beyond my current limitations, and that we can modify our work at any times so that I can feel safe.
  • I understand that the tools and practices provided support me to continue my integration outside of scheduled times with Kia Creative Channel and will do my best to practice at home to get the most out of our working together. If at any time I feel that these practices are no longer accessible, I will communicate with Kia Creative Channel so that we can make modifications and adjustments to make it more accessible for me.
  • I understand that Kia Creative Channel is not a licensed therapist, legal advisor, or financial advisor and that their scope of practice is to create a safe space for me to Integrate my self-esteem and acceptance for my humanity by using the tools outlined in the “WHAT WE DO SECTION” of their Code of Ethics.
  • I understand that as my Spiritual Director Kia Creative Channel is the companion and guide creating the safe space that supports me to do everything within my power to Integrate my self-esteem & acceptancance of my humanity.
  • I understand that Kia Creative Channel records our sessions. These recordings are for private use only for my own review or for Kia Creative Channel to review for her own refinement of the quality of her work. At any time, I can ask for the sessions not to be recorded.

This sets out the Terms and Conditions you need to be aware of when purchasing Kia Creative Channel services. Please take a moment to read it carefully as it sets out your important rights and obligations.. When you use Kia Creative Channel services, you agree that you are over the age of 18 and willing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept this agreement or have any questions, please contact us immediately so we can discuss your concerns.

Kia Creative Channel services are offered in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.


All practices, tools, content, methods, and resources, are the intellectual property of Kia Creative Channel or the Institutes that we have invested licenses to provide our service to you. These are shared with you for your own transpersonal development and under no circumstances are to be used or shared outside of your own personal use, or in any commercialized way that you seek to gain profits from. This is inclusive and not limited to; training pertaining to Intuitive Intelligence, strategies provided as live or pre-recorded delivery, personalized resources or workbooks, and any other materials or information that has been provided with you or shared in any public online space including but not limited to Social Media platforms and Kia Creative Channel privately owned website. If you have any questions relating to this, please contact us immediately.


All information collected by you or created in relation to you is kept strictly confidential. Electronic data is stored in password-protected locations and any physical data is stored in a private location that is secured with locking mechanisms.


Forms of payment are via debit/credit card via booking links and/or invoice as well as bank transfer. 

The currency used is AUD and is GST FREE unless stated otherwise. 

Payments taken online are via STRIPE. Please refer to their website for their specific privacy policy.

Please ensure you have read the following financial terms carefully:

  • I understand and agree to communicate with Kia Creative Channel immediately if I am unable to attend a booked session within the 24-hour period where a reschedule may be discussed.
  • I understand and agree that by entering my credit card information, signing this Agreement, or otherwise enrolling electronically, verbally, or otherwise in the program, I am entering into a legally binding Agreement with Kia Creative Channel. 
  • I understand and agree that I have read the policies provided here and provided in the original booking of this package and I agree to participate fully, pay my fees on time and show up 100% in every way possible.


Please read the following terms carefully relating to our refund policy:

  • I understand and agree that services purchased from Kia Creative Channel require my full bodied commitment. If for any reason I choose not to continue I must notify Kia Creative Channel prior to 24 hours of the scheduled appointment to be eligible to receive a full refund. 
  • I understand and agree that if I fail to show up at the scheduled time of booking without appropriate attempts to communicate, Kia Creative Channel has the right to refuse a refund.
  • I understand and agree that Kia Creative Channel has my permission to remove me as a client at any time with a pro-rata refund, if I demonstrate less than impeccable behavior from myself, as a client. Less than impeccable behavior means: — You; continually show up late, abdicate personal responsibility, and neglect to maintain active, open communication.
  • I understand and agree that at at any point that I feel working with Kia Creative Channel is no longer aligned, that I am safe to communicate my concerns and will do so at the earliest opportunity in order to protect any pro-rata monies being held for my service agreement.
  • I understand and agree the pro-rata money applies where a package of 1:1 sessions have been purchased, and do not apply for a single session.


In the instances where you or Kia Creative Channel are unable to attend due to sudden illness (or that of immediate family/dependents); the internet is unstable; technology interruptions and failures, and a session must be rescheduled as a result, we will determine an agreed date for either a make-up session the following week or added on to the end of any scheduled time together.

In instances of conflict due to dissatisfaction with the services provided, you must communicate as soon as the problem arises so that Kia Creative Channel has the opportunity to provide a resolution. In any instances where you feel that you can not do the work required as outlined in the Your Responsibility section, you must communicate this as soon as possible so that a collaborative resolution can be made with both parties. 

In any instance where a resolution is required due to dissatisfaction with the service provided, you will be offered a voucher for the value of the service outstanding to use on any other service. Upon acceptance of another service, you will be provided another Agreement of terms relating to that service. If either party decides to separate future work together, a pro-rata refund will be provided.

Please consider the following items in relation to Consumer Guarantee:

  • I understand that Kia Creative Channel can not guarantee any definitive results or outcomes as part of this service due to the complexities and nuances in the human experience that make this work vary from individual to individual. Therefore, I will do the best of my ability to work towards the goals set both in sessions and at home and understand that the changes I am working towards will take time and commitment.
  • I understand that Kia Creative Channel is committed to providing a high standard of quality in their service and therefore welcomes effective communication if at any point I am feeling dissatisfied with the service I have engaged with. Therefore, I agree to consult with Kia Creative Channel at the earliest opportunity if I am dissatisfied so that they have the opportunity to refine their service to me and to seek a mutual resolution.
  • I understand and agree that in any instance that a resolution may be required that I will be provided a voucher for another service that will be issued and subject to a new Agreement of terms relating to that service.
  • I understand and agree that Kia Creative Channel and myself both reserve the right to separate further service agreements if conflict is not able to be resolved, and in this instance I will receive a pro-rata refund.


To mitigate any risk to our liability and your own, we actively promote effective communication at the forefront of every area within our service that may place us or yourself at risk. This means understanding that you are safe to communicate at any time if you feel like our work has or is at risk of causing you harm so that we can make appropriate modications to our work together. If you have any doubts at all about any issue that might arise, you agree that you will conduct your own research through other relevant professional advisors and make your own fully informed decision about what is best for you. As such, with your own due diligance and that of Kia Creative Channel who is committed to serving you within the parameters of our Scope of Practice, you agree to indemnify Kia Creative Channel (hold us blameless) for any injury or illness that you might suffer or any damage or loss that might occur while we are working together.

In no event shall we be liable to you for costs, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or related to this Agreement or the services provided in relation to it. If this clause is unenforceable for any reason, our total cumulative liability for all causes of action of any kind shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for our services.


Kia Creative Channel is based in Queensland Australia. This agreement is subject to the governing law of Queensland. 

If you have any issue or complaint arising out of your use of our services or this Client Agreement, we both agree to make a genuine effort to resolve the dispute through negotiation and discussion.

In any instance that we are not able to meet a resolution via negotiation and discussion within 14 days, both parties must proceed to mediation with the assistance of an accredited mediator who is independent of the parties. The mediator is to be appointed by agreement of the parties, or failing agreement within (21) days of the first notification of the dispute, by a person appointed by the Chair of Resolution Institute, (ACN 008 651 232, Level 2, 13-15 Bridge St, Sydney NSW 2000; telephone: 02 9251 3366, email: infoaus@resolution.institute) or the Chair’s designated representative. The Resolution Institute Mediation Rules shall apply to the mediation. We agree to share the costs of mediation equally between us. 

It is a condition precedent to the right of either party to commence litigation other than for interlocutory relief that it has first offered to submit the dispute to mediation. Litigation is to be considered a last resort and may not be commenced until, in the opinion of the independent mediator, the potential for negotiation and mediation has been exhausted.

I am very proud to come from a long line of famous maori weavers and have formed a special connection with my Great Grandmother Miriama Tahi who communes with me through our Wairua. She was the first spirit I saw after my Spiritual Awakening in 2015 and is a key figure in my Spiritual Team. Recently my beloved Koro, Wetere Tahi joined Nana and now guides me through this world in spirit.

I honour the lineage on my fathers side, my beloved grandparents Valentino and Marianne West of Colchester, England. I am very proud to not only come from a Gentle Hero, my Great Grandfather Dudley Johnson “Gubby”, who served the Military for 50 years and was awarded for his bravery and leadership on the battlefield, but of my Great Grandmother Marjorie “Goggy”, who lied and fled England to find and nurse Gubby who had been injured at war. 

The Warrior spirit runs deep within me and is a huge part of my service in the world today. 


I acknowledge the pains of privilege on behalf of my family that is a part of our history regardless of our consciousness of it. I am committed to doing the uncomfortable, yet essential, work of reconciliation for harm that has been caused. I acknowledge that because of my white lineage, I have had access to many things that my coloured lineage may not have; though I hold no blame and also take full accountability. I recognise that because of my privilege there is much that I can not speak to on behalf of the exclusion and suppression of rights of my indigenous lineage, though I am here to openly listen, witness and make personal reconciliation by exploring my conscious and subconscious biases with humility and grace. This is a life long untangling for myself and my children and it is my hopes that we will inspire more of our family, friends, clients, and community to consider doing the same. I feel incredibly blessed to come from two historically opposing forces that has given me the opportunity to experience the unique polarity of privilege and exclusion. My parents defied great odds in their union, and in doing so opened me to a life that has been full of love, compassion and grace, of which I extend to my ancestors and the world around us as we bring wholeness to our Nations. 


We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land of which we serve, the Kabi Kabi people of the Taribelang Bunda nation and pay our respects to the Elders past, present, and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
